Christmas Trees to Say Their Last Goodbyes

If your holiday tree is still lingering in front of your home, here's when you can expect it to be picked up.

If your Christmas tree is still lying forlornly in front of your home, tinsel streams dangling from the branches, fret not: it will be picked up shortly.

According to the Larchmont-Mamaroneck Joint Garbage Disposal Commission, trees placed at the curbside will be collected by the Highway Department through Jan. 17. Wreaths will be collected on the second garbage pickup day through Thursday, Jan. 17.
