Larchmont/Mamaroneck Movie Theaters to Offer New Rewards Program

Though Optimum Rewards program customers may have been disheartened to hear that their favorite movie perks would disappear after Clearview Cinemas was bought out by Bow Tie Cinemas in May, the new company recently announced they will begin offering a rewards program of their own at both the Larchmont and Mamaroneck Playhouse locations.

Though there is no more "Free Movie Tuesday," the company has slashed senior citizen discounts by $2 on weekends, general admission by $4.50 on weekdays and 3D movies by $2 for Criterion Club Reward cardholders. Additionally, Bow Tie  is rolling out "Super Tuesdays" where admission for Loyalty cardholders is $6.

“We are thrilled to be able to welcome the guests of the former Clearview Cinemas locations to the Bow Tie family,” said Ben Moss, CEO of Bow Tie Cinemas.

Tickets for general admission at both the Larchmont and Mamaroneck Playhouses are $11.25/adult and $8.75/child 11 and under; bargain matinees are offered for $9.25/adult Monday-Friday before 4 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m.  Senior citizens 62 and older pay $8.75 Friday through Sunday and $7 on Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays.
