It's a lot easier to get things done in September, especially after a two month summer break. But now, in mid-winter, you may be feeling a little burned out. Have no fear! Here are six ways you can hit the "refresh" on your brain to help get your mojo back.
1. Get enough sleep.
2. Give yourself a break & reward yourself.
3. Ask to meet privately with your teacher.
4. Study with friends.
5. Buy new school supplies.
7. Revisit and write down your goals.
Revamping your motivation midway through the year can be tough, and not all of these tips may work for you. But as long as you keep yourself focused and try to eliminate distractions, you’ll be able to maintain that same focus in February as you did back in September.
