Mamaroneck Schools Cancels Activities Because of Snow
The school board meeting Tuesday will go on as scheduled.
Snowy weather has moved the Mamaroneck Union Free School District to cancel after-school and evening activities.
The school board meeting at 6:30 p.m. will go on as scheduled, with the exception of the student awards. They will be held in January.
Here is the notice sent out by the school district:
Due to the weather, all after-school and evening activities (including Children’s Corner) are cancelled, except for this evening’s School Board meeting. The Student Awards portion of the Board meeting, however, is being rescheduled for January. The Central School Concert is being rescheduled for the same time this Thursday, Dec. 19th.
