New Rochelle will be abuzz with artist, poets. writers, community residents and guest on September 28, 2013, for New Rochelle's annual ARTSFEST. Trolley cars will be provided free of charge to transport attendees to hosting venues.
Poets Network & Exchange, will join with 100 Thousand Poets for Change and the New Rochelle ARTSFEST in a celebration of the arts, change and peace.
