Community Update

Over the past couple years I frequently purchased gift cards for a friend of mine. Most recently I bought him a $100 gift card for Christmas and he unfortunately misplaced it. When my friend brought this to the attention of the manager he was told there is nothing we can do for you. I stopped in the other day and the manager told me the same thing. While I understand that the manager has no obligation to replace the card or make any other accommodation, it's hard for to understand that no good faith effort was made in an effort to keep a long time customer happy. In addition to me never buying another gift card in there again, I doubt my friend will be going back any time soon. In the end the owner and his business have lost far more in the long run than the $100 card my friend lost!
