New Rochelle Humane Society offers a guided tour to view adoptable dogs, cats & pups, besides offering free rabies vaccinations & low cost microchips. Though clinic is exclusive to Westchester County residents, microchips are available to all. For safety reasons, get an adult to supervise and keep your dogs on a leash & cats in a carrier. HomeAgainâ Representative Larry Feldstein will be there to answer any questions about microchipping. Aggressive dogs are not allowed.
