Poll Workers: Turnout Seems Higher Tuesday in Mamaroneck

Though it will be hours before the polls close in Larchmont and Mamaroneck, voters are showing up at their precincts on a steady basis.

Jay Blum, a poll worker at the Larchmont Village Center, said it's been busy.

He said he uses one precinct he's familiar with to gauge turnout compared with past elections.

"It's been more than quadruple today," Blum said.

At the Mamaroneck Town Center, people could be seen streaming in and out at a brisk pace.

Poll workers there said the morning was much busier than the primary.

Ballot decisions include the county executive race, picking a new District 7 county legislator and Mamaroneck village mayor.

Here is a roundup of what is on the ballot in Larchmont and Mamaroneck, and here is how you can find out where to vote.
