Mamaroneck School Transportation Information

School starts in less than a month; transportation is always an important aspect.

Soon children in the Mamaroneck Union Free School District will have to start waking up earlier so they can get to school on time September 9—opening day.

Information on transportation for Mamaroneck students can be found on the district's Web site.

Transportation is provided by the district for Mamaroneck resident students enrolled in the kindergarten through eighth grades who live more than 2 miles, but less than 15 miles from the public or non-public school they attend. It is also provided for students in grades nine through 12 who reside more than 3 but less than 15 miles from their school.

Discounted Bee-Line bus passes for Mamaroneck High School and Hommocks Middle School students are available from the district by filling out and returning a form, along with payment, that can be found on the Web site.
