Paper Quilt by Chatsworth Students @ REcologie

What can you make out of brown grocery bags, old magazines, and some duct tape?

The students in Mrs. Scozzafava’s 4th grade class of Chatsworth Avenue Elementary School celebrate Earth Day with a beautiful, large paper quilt, made almost entirely out of paper recycled products. The kids had a great time learning to sew as they patched the quilt together, and impressively distilled the pure color from the magazines images to create imaginative collages.

Light refreshments will be served all day.
