MLK Day at the Animal Shelter

Volunteers needed to make the MLK Day project a success at the Mount Vernon Animal Shelter.  We are distributing new pamphlets about the shelter to the community and to businesses in Mount Vernon between noon and 3 pm.  Make a difference in the lives of cats and dogs and help get the word out about this vital community resource.  Register online at www.volunteer-center.org/mlk2014.  Volunteers get free t-shirts!
