Holiday Crafts, Benefit Shopping and Striking Fast-food Workers
Here is some of what you should know for Wednesday, December 4, 2013.
• Children age 8 and up can come to the Larchmont Public Library at 3 p.m. Wednesday to make holiday crafts for friends and family. Here is more information about the free event. The library is located at 121 Larchmont Ave. in Larchmont.
• Help Guiding Eyes for the Blind and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation by shopping Two's Company Warehouse, 275 Clearbrook Rd. in Elmsford starting Wednesday and continuing through Saturday. Get ready to shop till you drop while putting your money where your heart is. Fifty percent of the proceeds will go directly to the charities.
