Larchmont Farmers’ Market Continues to Delight
Larchmont Farmers' Market continues to offer fine fresh foods for the community in the second week of the season.
The Larchmont Farmers' Market was held for the second time this year yesterday, after opening for the season last Saturday. More than 20 vendors, some local and some from as far away as Cooperstown, came to the market to sell their fresh goods at the Larchmont train station parking lot. Several popular returning vendors were there, including Dr. Pickle of Wayne, NJ, and Flourish Baking Company of Scarsdale, both of whom were also at the Mamaroneck Winter Market. The market, however, did have quite a bit beyond the standard fare, offering several meat, cheese, dairy and baked goods vendors, each of which brought something interesting and unique to the market.
