Murray Avenue School is part of the Mamaroneck Union Free School District and serves grades kindergarten through…More fifth grade.</p> <p>As part of the school's curriculum, students participate in several weekly activities: they take art classes that expose them to drawing, painting, sculpture, construction, collage, printing, crafts and mixed media; they participate in a weekly music class that allows them to sing, play classroom instruments, learn music reading skills, create music and dance; and they take physical education classes. The physical education department sponsors a number of events throughout the year, some of which are Circus Arts and Healthy Heart Day.</p> <p>Several student activities and clubs are also offered like band, community outreach, science fair and theatre.</p>
