Mamaroneck Community Nursery School offers two programs at its Toddler Center that serve very young children, from 18More months  to 2 years and 11 months. Playgroup 1 is for children 18 months to 25 months; there are six children in this group, with a head teacher and an assistant teacher. Playgroup 2 is for children 26 months to 35 months of age, and is open to eight students and supervised by a head teacher and an assistant teacher.</p> <p>What distinguishes these toddler programs from the parent cooperative  programs for young 2's and older 2's at MCNS Toddler Center is that parents can pick their schedules, from one to five days a week, and there is no parent participation in the playgroup program at the Toddler Center.</p> <p>All of the teachers follow The Creative Curriculum, which allows for the play philosophy endorsed by the school.</p>
