<p>Founded after World War II, Westchester Day School is a co-ed Yeshiva school (nursery through 8th grade) that serves Jewish children in Westchester County, neighboring Connecticut communities and New York City.</p> <p>Located in the Orienta section of Mamaroneck, the school occupies a 27-acre property on the shores of the Long Island Sound.</p> <p>The curriculum offers religious, educational and cultural instruction to Jewish children, as well as support services for those in need of remedial instruction in Judaic, language and mathematics studies. Also available to students and parents are services provided by a clinical psychologist, social worker (CSW), and speech and language pathologist.</p>
