Town of Mamaroneck - Clerk

<p>The Mamaroneck Town Clerk, Christina Battalia, is an elected official serving a four-year term. Her office is located on the second floor of the Town Center on the Boston Post Road.</p> <p>The town clerk is responsible for the custody of the town records. She also issues and maintains licenses, certificates and permits, such as birth, death and marriage certificates, marriage licenses, municipal parking permits, and licenses for dogs, hunting, fishing, burglar alarms and garage sales, among others. </p> <p>The clerk can perform wedding ceremonies, and she acts as the town's Freedom of Information Officer and liaison to the board of elections. She and her deputies are are allowed to perform notary services to residents at no charge.</p>
