Mamaroneck Community Nursery School

<p>Located next to the Mamaroneck United Methodist Church, the Mamaroneck Community Nursery School offers programs for 3 and 4 year olds, as well as a summer camp and a half-day Kid's Club program for children from 36 months to 5 years old. All school programs are based on <a href="http://www.teachingstrategies.com/page/IT2_Overview.cfm">The Creative Curriculum</a>, a scientifically based curriculum for young children.</p> <p>Regular activities at the school are circle time, storytelling, music, art, block building, puzzles, playground time and dramatic play, among others.</p> <p>All programs are headed by qualified early childhood professionals, and the nursery school director is assisted by an office manager at the school and an assistant director at the MCNS Toddler Center, a separate site on Fenimore Road for the playgroup and two year old programs.</p>
