Friends of Mamaroneck Library Shout, "Fore!"

The Friends of the Mamaroneck Public Library have come up with a super creative fundraiser.

On Sunday, July 28th, they are holding a Mini Golf contest right inside the library. The course begins in the Main Library and winds its way down to the 9 1/2 hole in the Community Room where golfers will be rewarded with food, refreshments, prizes and raffles.

What a fun - and cool - way to give back to our community and raise funds for the library! Moms, Dads, kids, family and friends of all ages are welcome to participate. Prizes will be awarded for the lowest overall score in the under 12 age group, and the over 12 age group.

The cost is $25 for individual players (The Library Friends can pair you with another player) and $40 for a two-person team. If you only want to be a spectator for the day and enjoy the Mini-Taste of Mamaroneck, the cost is only $15! 

Registration forms can be picked up at the Circulation Desk in the Mamaroneck Library. You can sign up any time before the event. RSVPs are recommended to so we can gauge how many participants want to play and eat, but registration forms and checks will need to be turned in at the Library by 1:00 PM on July 28th. Call for further details, (914) 630-1250
