"The Little Mermaid" Comes Alive At MAS, Jan. 23-25

The Little Mermaid can be part of your world this month as the Mamaroneck Avenue School mounts its production of the beloved musical, with performances Thursday, January 23 - Saturday, January 25. 

Based on the Hans Christian Anderson story and set to music by Alan Menken and Howard Ashman, The Little Mermaid tells the story of a young mermaid of who dreams of life and love on land and makes a Faustian bargain to get it.  

The production is the latest by the Mamaroneck Avenue School Theater Company, which stages complete musicals performed exclusively by students in grades 3-5.  Previous productions have included Fiddler on the Roof, Oklahoma and Into The Woods.
