Unhappy with your most recent property tax assessment? The Villages of Mamaroneck and Larchmont are holding annual tax grievance nights.
The Village of Larchmont's Board of Assessment (BAR) will meet tonight from 6-10 p.m. to review applications for potential tax assessment reductions. Tax grievance applications are available on the village's website here. One original and five copies of the application and supporting documentation must be filed in the Village Clerk's office.
The Village of Mamaroneck Board of Trustees will meet tonight in the Regatta conference room to have a work session and tax grievance night beginning at 5:30 p.m.
