Tinted Windows, Pot Smell Lead to Cocaine Bust on 95

State police patrolling northbound I-95 in Mamaroneck on Feb. 27 pulled over a gray Nissan Maxima for illegally tinted windows.

The troopers interviewing the driver—the only occupant of the car—smelled marijuana.

They took him into custody when they found a brick of cocaine weighing nearly 2.5 pounds inside the car. They also found a partially-burnt joint and a scale.
