Monday, July 25
7:12 p.m. – A 42-year old man was charged with disorderly conduct for screaming obscenities in public on the 400 block of Mamaroneck Avenue.
9:11 p.m. – A woman reported losing her iPhone at the Wells Fargo Bank on 219 Mamaroneck Ave.
Tuesday, July 26
7:20 a.m. – Construction work on 850 Mamaroneck Ave., near, was going on prior to 8 a.m., in violation of village code. An officer corrected the situation.
7:23 a.m. – An officer on routine patrol noticed a stop sign missing from an intersection on North Barry Avenue.
7:17 p.m. – A small, wayward dog named Maxie was found on Harrison Avenue, far from home, which, according to it’s tag, was a location on Saxon Woods Drive in Scarsdale. The grey and brown dog’s owner could not be contacted and the dog was taken to New Rochelle Humane Society.
Wednesday, July 27
2:10 a.m. – A 30-year old Ossining man was charged with DWI after he was pulled over for a routine motor vehicle violation in front of 405 E. Boston Post Rd., near .
2:02 p.m. – A tenuous tree branch from a shaky tree snapped off unexpectedly, striking a car traveling southbound on Claflin Avenue, and damaging the car’s roof. There were no injuries reported.
4:13 p.m. – After getting $50 worth of gas, a customer reportedly left a gas station on 540 Mamaroneck Ave. without paying. The matter is under investigation.
Thursday, July 28
5:05 p.m. – A 38-year old Peekskill man received a summons for soliciting without a permit, a village code violation.
