Morgado remains incarcerated.
Mamaroneck police responded to a 911 call on Oct. 1 at Morgado’s condo complex on East Boston Post Road, where they discovered Morgado in a semi conscious state with her deceased son, Jason “Jake” Reish, cradled in her arms. It was believed to be an attempted suicide/murder.

Dr. Timothy Reish, Jason’s father, was involved in a custody dispute with Morgado over where Jason would attend school. Timothy currently lives in Briarcliff Manor with Erin Taylor Reish and his two children.
Timothy and Erin have requested an order of protection from Morgado, who they claim has sent them threatening letters.
