Police say they arrested a man with Ketamine [Special K], Ecstasy and marijuana in his car, according to Lohud. The arrest happened after the man, who police say was speeding, had his car searched by investigators.
When police pulled over Harrison F. Powers, 26, on California Road in Eastchester, they say they smelled the scent of marijuana in the Larchmont man's Jeep.
Powers faces felony possession charges, speeding charges and he is also accused of driving without a license.
