A 68-year-old Larchmont resident, John Philip "Phil" Oldham, was arrested on Monday on two counts of lewd or lascivious exhibition, after he exposed himself in a pool at the African lodge-style Animal Kingdom Lodge, part of the Walt Disney World Resort, reported the Orlando Sentinel.
According to the article, a 9-year-old girl told police that Oldham had what she described as something that resembled a "dog chew toy" hanging out of his red, white and blue swim trunks around 1:30 p.m. A 7-year-old girl also reported seeing the same man with his "private" exposed. She said that Oldham followed her after she got scared and swam away.
As of Tuesday, Oldham was in the process of being released from Orange County Jail on $3,500 bail.
