POLL: New Jersey Teen Arrested For Killing Squirrel With Skateboard: Fair Treatment?

Why is this even a question?  The kid intentionally killed an animal.  He beat a small animal to death.  Doesn't that mean anything to you?  In the State of Texas, THAT'S A FELONY.  Let him go, let him know it's no big deal, and then it will be the neighbor's cat or dog, then the little child down the street.  When you are gonna decide it's time to stop him?
