Agent Must:

◾ Be ambitious, self-motivated, and enjoy working in a fast-pace environment.
◾ Have intermediate computer skills.
◾ Have excellent phone manners, courteous, and professional.
◾ Be punctual, dependable and responsible. (Must take the position very seriously)
◾ Have strong verbal communication skills.
◾ Be able to keep up with client paperwork/update client records on the computer as needed.
◾ Posses a reliable vehicle.
◾ Have a NY State Real Estate License.
◾ Ability to work 11am-7pm Monday thru Friday with one day off during the weekday, 11am-5pm every Saturday and 10am-3pm every other Sunday.
