Thousands of people crowded the streets of White Plains Tuesday night during the city's New Year's Eve Spectacular.
Things started off at 10 p.m. music by Celebration Entertainment DJ music and continued with a performance by the “Soul Synergy Orchestra.”
Festivities culminated with a crowd countdown, the dropping off a illuminated ball drop marking the start of 2014 and a midnight fireworks display by
the Zambelli Company.
