Hit by a Car, Corky Now Needs a Home
Here is one of the many dogs and cats available for adoption from the New Rochelle Humane Society.
From the New Rochelle Humane Society:
Corky was found lying in the middle of the road, apparently hit by a passing car.
Fortunately Corky only sustained a few abrasions to his head.
No one ever did come forward to look for a lost poodle, so we gave him the name Corky and are getting to know him.
He was understandably very frightened when he first arrived, but with each day Corky is becoming more comfortable with us and more playful.
We think Corky is house trained and would do best in an adult home.
