Your Right to Keep and Bear Arms

At Home on the Sound presents:
Attorney Stanley Futterman will explore the historical and legal
underpinnings of the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution: how an
18th century rule restricting Congress from interfering with any of the
13 states’ ability to establish a “well-regulated militia” became a
legal impediment even to states regulating the possession of firearms.
He’ll also elucidate how the way we practice politics today has
prevented Congress from taking effective action. Free and open to the
