The Sunday Series: Gasland Part II - Film and Discussion

the Village Center



At
2:00pm (please note the time change) the Friends of the Library and the Village
of Larchmont Committee on the Environment will join forces to screen Gasland
Part II, the must-see sequel to Josh Fox’s Oscar-nominated first documentary on
fracking, the controversial method of extracting natural oil and gas. At 4 pm,
following the screening, environmental educator Paul Gallay, president of
Riverkeeper, will lead a discussion on this pressing topic. Presented as part of The Sunday Series
sponsored by The Friends of the Larchmont Public Library.
