"Gifts from the Heart" Larchmont Woman's Club Fundraiser
“Gifts from the Heart” is the theme of The Larchmont Woman’s
Club Annual Philanthropic Luncheon to take place April 2 at Orienta Beach Club
in Mamaroneck.
The public is invited to this fun-filled afternoon of
shopping, a silent auction featuring gift certificates contributed by local
shops and restaurants, raffles, a reception followed by lunch, entertainment by
the ever popular Soundettes, and even bridge.This year’s co-chairs are Renee DeVries and Soledad
Sambrano. They and their committee members are busy creating gift baskets,
identifying superb bakers for the sweets table, and gathering all manner of elegant
treasures for purchase at this fundraiser.
Philanthropy is a key objective of the Woman’s Club and past
recipients of funds raised have included the Cancer Support Team, Larchmont
Friends of the Family, and the Mamaroneck-Larchmont Student Aid Fund.

The cost of the event is $50 a person and reservations must
