This joyful and healthy program is designed to help your body move with balance, to increase your agility in sporting
activities, to improve your performance in daily activities and to
prevent falls. Move young! Learn balance! Avoid falls! It's
great fun and guaranteed to make your body feel better. You will be
amazed at how well your body can look when it moves with confidence. Catherine
"Grace" Kazienko is a Fitness Expert and Competition Ballroom Dancer.
Since 2001 Catherine has taught this program to thousands of adults.
