Thousands of spectators lined both sides of Mamaroneck Avenue in the Village of Mamaroneck for the first annual Sound Shore St. Patrick's Day Parade. Hundreds of marchers participated as the sun broke through the haze as they paraded down the heart of the village shopping district.
Habitat For Humanity of Westchester's executive director Jim Killoran was the Grand Marshall, and led a group of several dozen of his organization's volunteers, followed by the Village of Mamaroneck Fire Department and many other groups.
