Both the Mamaroneck and Rye Neck Schools are on a 1 hour delay this morning due to inclement weather.
Last night, the area was blanketed with approximately an inch of snow; the National Weather Service (NWS) predicts that rain and sleet will continue until 4 p.m., which will make for a messy commute home.
The NWS has issued both a winter weather advisory and hazardous weather alert until 4 p.m. today due to potentially dangerous road conditions.
