Equinox Partners with Blythedale Children's Hospital

This holiday season, Equinox Scarsdale & Mamaroneck have partnered with Blythedale Children’s Hospital to give back. To recognize the national movement “giving Tuesday,” Equinox is giving back on a local level.  Equinox is asking both members and non-members to donate toys, art supplies or books at Equinox Scarsdale and Mamaroneck.  Non-members who donate items will receive a two-week trial membership, and a three-day pass to give to friends.  All Equinox members who donate will receive a small gift from The Shop. Donations will be accepted from December 3-December 29.

“We are extremely pleased to partner with Equinox this holiday season,” said Director of Community Relations Lena Cavanna. “In addition to brightening the holidays in a big way for our patients, they are helping to raise awareness of Blythedale’s programs and services. We are very grateful, not only for their generosity, but also for the example they set in the community.”

This initiative kicks off one of many social responsibility acts by Equinox in the Westchester community for the New Year.

“We are very big supporters of the work Blythedale Children’s Hospital is doing with children in need in the Westchester community,” said Equinox Mamaroneck General Manager Tim Palancia.
