Mamaroneck Mayor Norm Rosenblum shared the following photos of development at 122-134 Mamaroneck Avenue, across from the Regatta, in Mamaroneck Village.
The vacant building collapsed in May shortly before it was scheduled to be demolished to make room for additional storefronts. The location was vacant for about a year before construction began.
"This is another exciting development improving our 'Friendly Village' appearance and maintaining our precious 'small village character' while strengthening our tax base," said Rosenblum in an email.
