It’s the Friends of the Larchmont Public Library’s first ever Scarecrow Festival on Saturday, October 22. All ages are invited to get into the fall spirit and create their very own scarecrow! Make it sweet or funny; whimsical or practical. Make it a favorite storybook character or even a lovable family member!
All you need is the clothing and your imagination. You’ll receive a life-size metal scarecrow frame (6’H x 2’W) when you register. Registration forms, including costs and details, are available at the Larchmont Public Library or online at http://www.larchmontlibrary.org/friends.html
All scarecrows will be displayed on the lawn of the Larchmont Public Library the day of the Ragamuffin Parade. So come release the inner scarecrow in your family. The amount of fun you’ll have is totally scary!
