Kids and their families are invited to dress up in costume and stroll down Larchmont Avenue at Larchmont's annual Ragamuffin Halloween Parade.
The parade line-up will begin at 12:30 p.m., at the corner of Palmer Avenue and Larchmont Avenue. The parade will step off at 1 p.m.
The parade coincides with the , which will held on the front lawn of the Larchmont Public Library.
