 We've gotten an overnight taste of what's to come with a dusting of snow.

By Thursday afternoon, the winter storm dubbed “Hercules” by the Weather Channel, will bring snow in a "blowing snow" fashion as the National Weather Service calls it.

The NWS prediction for Larchmont and Mamaroneck includes "blowing snow," accumulating overnight 4 to 8 inches.
