Even though it's officially fall, yesterday's warm temperatures inspired many to dig out their sandals, shorts and bathing suits to stroll to the beach area at in Larchmont.
Seen on the way there was a large black cat who literally stopped traffic when he decided to lay down in the middle of the crosswalk, oblivious to oncoming cars. Lucky for him, his owner's numerous calls eventually motivated him to stand up, stretch and continue accompanying her on a leashless journey around the park.
