11:27AM: Westchester County buses are traveling, but slowly—up to an hour behind schedule—and not all on regular routes because of the snowfall.

In addition, routes that traverse communities including Cortlandt, Tarrytown, Yorktown, Greenburgh, White Plains and Yonkers are traveling on the snow detours, reports Andrew Ziegler:
- Rts. 8 & 32-no service to Nodine Hill in Yonkers.
- Rt. 13B-no service along Benedict Ave., Rosehill Ave., or Altamount Ave. in Tarrytown. Bus operates on Rt. 119 and Rt. 9 instead.
- Rt. 15-no service along Lexington Ave between Amazon Ave. and Crompound Rd. in Cortlandt. Bus operates on Baron De Hirsh Rd and Townsend Rd. instead.
- Rt. 16- no service to Strawberry Rd. and Lexington Ave. Bus will operate on Rt. 6 instead.
- Rt. 30-no service on Stone Ave. and Fortfield Ave. in Yonkers. Bus will continue on Lockwood Ave and Mile Square Rd. instead.
- Rt. 40-no service on Hillside Ave. in Greenburgh. Buses will serve Westchester Community College via Knollwood Rd. entrance in both directions.
- Rt. 60-no service on Bryant Ave. or Old Mamaroneck Rd. in White Plains. Buses will remain on Mamaroneck Ave.
