Christine Love re-elected as President of the Board. John Brenkovich and Bob Fisher are new trustees. Susan Feitler fills the remainder of Eileen Cohen's term. Laurie Girsky was elected vice president. Len Tallevi re-elected as Secretary.

Christine Love was re-elected as President of the Mamaroneck Library Board of Trustees, according to a release from the library.  Ms. Love, a 9 year resident of the Village of Mamaroneck, was applauded for her completion of a full year of service to the community as President of the Library Board, and commended for her efforts in developing the Library as a true cornerstone of the community and for working with Library Director Susan Riley to substantially increase circulation of materials by 15% over the past 12 month period.

“We are expanding digital literacy along with enlarging our excellent collection and supporting and increasing our programming, especially for children," Ms. Love stated in the release.

New Trustees John Brenkovich and Bob Fisher were also sworn in at the meeting.  Mr. Brenkovich, a Certified Financial Planner™ Professional, is now in his 25th year in the securities industry, and according to the release sought to join the Board because of what he has seen the library means to children. As a parent, he has seen first hand what the library means to children and feels that libraries serve as a gathering place for the community, as well as an important resource for learning.
