Mamaroneck voters approved the 2014-15 budget for the Mamaroneck Public Library Wednesday.
The count was 159 in favor to 38 against.
"We were so pleased to have such a positive response to the vote," said library Board President Christine Love, "which will allow us to continue our commitment of service to the community."
The budget is 2 percent over the 2013-14 spending package and allows for modest increases in books and media, as well as updated maintenance contracts for the facility's mechanical systems, such as HVAC, according to library officials.
Four library trustees were re-elected for new three-year terms: Laurie Girsky, Joseph Vozza, Steven Warner and Susan Feitler. Joseph Germano was elected for a three-year term on the board.
