Columbus Day Closings in Larchmont and Mamaroneck

Monday is Columbus Day, a national holiday for many local businesses. The holiday is held on the second Monday of the month.

In Larchmont and Mamaroneck, village and town halls will be closed, as will the United States Post Office. There will be no mail delivery.

The Bee-Line buses will be operating on a weekday schedule.

There will be no garbage collection on Monday.

Both the Mamaroneck Public Library and the Larchmont Public Library will be closed Monday. Most banks will be closed for the holiday.

For the Mamaroneck Union Free School District, the schools and offices will be closed Monday.

To make sure where you are going is open, it is best to call ahead.
