Cockatiel Found in Larchmont, Seeking Owner
The bird will be put up for adoption if not claimed.
Are you missing a cockatiel?
Well, a pearl-patterned cockatiel was found Monday in Larchmont, near the intersection of Larchmont and Willow avenues.
Kate Murphy, coordinator for wildlife and exotics at Animal Nation, said the bird is extremely emaciated, but is safe and in the care of a wildlife rehabilitaor.
