Larchmont/Mamaroneck Equestrians have winning season!

Mamaroneck and Larchmont were well-represented on the Twin Lakes Farm Interscholastic Equestrian Team (IEA) that just completed a very successful year of equestrian competition.  The two-dozen team members, pictured here, competed in equestrian events at six different stables across the New York and New Jersey area.  At IEA competitions, team members jump over fences and crossrails and showcase flatwork on horses provided by the host stable.  In addition to the regular season, which ran from October through February, the Twin Lakes Farm team just hosted the regional competitions for the top scorers in the broader multi-state area at its Eastchester campus. Larchmont/Mamaroneck team members include Emma Kuhn, Clara Louvet, Isabel Massart (shown seated on Frisby), Lily Kalish, Julia Robinson and Sophie Robinson.  Six team members, including Isabel and Lily, will move up to the Zone-level competition in Western Pennsylvania in April, one step below the national competition in June. Coached by Amanda Ek and Lana Ciaramella, this is the team's second competitive season.
