The Jewish Home Lifecare System Board of Trustees announced the election of new trustee, Susan B. Rowland, to its Westchester division board at Sarah Neuman Center in Mamaroneck
Susan B. Rowland has had a significant career in Human Resources management. She served as principal and partner at Towers Perrin, a leading international HR management consulting firm with over $1 billion of annual revenue for more than 20 years. Prior to that, she was a senior compensation consultant in the pharmaceutical industry, responsible for conducting executive compensation studies and building and managing relationships with key industry clients such as Novartis, American Home Products, Pfizer and Pharmacia.
Most recently, this resident of Rye, completed her second Master’s degree in the History of Decorative Arts. Ms. Rowland earned her first MBA from Wharton Graduate Division, University of Pennsylvania. As a marketing major with significant course work in corporate finance, she was selected as a fellow at Wharton Applied Research Center, a consulting group led by Wharton professors. Her Bachelor of Arts degree was earned at Washington University, St. Louis, where she majored in Political Science.
