Martial Arts for Kids and Adults ages 3 and up

Boot Camp – High intensity interval training designed to get your heart rate up and tone your muscles fast. Bring a mat and a towel and get ready to sweat.

Yoga - Vinyasa is a flowing, fluid style of yoga where the asanas (postures) are done in a free-flowing sequences and are timed with the breath.  This class is appropriate for any ability level, from beginner to advanced practitioner and students will be given variations of each of the postures. Get your body moving, blood flowing and spirit soaring.

Pilates - with special attention to strengthening the core-the abdomen, back, buttocks, upper hamstrings and hip flexors.  This class will build and develop your core while enhancing your posture.  It will also improve the function of your digestive process.

Zumba – Latin Style Dance to get fit, it works!

Child Enrichment Program - is our special new lineup of classes for babies and children ages 0-6.  These “mommy & me” style classes promote fitness, nurture creativity, inspire learning, and provide a great outlet for bonding with your child.  In our classes we play, sing, laugh, and create together as we celebrate the milestones that our little ones reach.

It is important to establish music, movement, and creative expression as part of your child’s routine from a young age.  Unlimited monthly class passes are perfect for families who may not be able to commit to the same class time each week, or who want more than one weekly class.  For others, our drop in classes might be more convenient.
